Mission

Step-By-Step, Inc provides comprehensive, high-quality programming to prepare our participants to be self-confident, capable, and independent individuals; also providing them with opportunities that will help them to become compassionate public servants in their community.

Goal

Step-By-Step, Inc is fully dedicated to the creative intellect, social and emotional growth of girls and boys. Our goal is to provide fun educational opportunities and positive role models in a non-traditional setting.

Vision

To teach girls and boys the essential life skills needed to become responsible and self-sufficient. They will develop skills in leadership, communication, conflict resolution, study and research skills, health, nutrition and drugs, human sexuality, ethical issues, and personal finances.
